It is monday again!! Reached college early in the morning 7.4oam to book the parking space behind college gate...If you reach at 7.45am and wanted to try your luck parking there?? Haha...Good Luck then...
Early in the morning, I had Taxation lecture with Mr.Karnal (Kelly's favourite lecturer)...Had "Nasi Goreng Kampung kosong" as brunch in college cafeteria and guess what? Our "Rice Corner" closed down...They can't stand the high rental fees...Omg! Inflation la...Auditing lecture with Ms.Stephane next...Today I gain a little bit of interest in this subject by trying to pay attention but I think I failed! My eyes were half close through out the lecture...
S.Neo, Jo and I then joke around with the "U Mobile" advertisement...It sounds something like this.............

1 hour break before last lecture of the day, Cost Mgt...Met up dear Chin Yee a while...She was so so busy rearranging her curtin timetable...Didn't get to talk to her that much...Met up the gang and crap a while...Jack was so proud as his big name appeared on RMIT Board...So we made a fuss about that "Appreciation letter" & "Europe Tour"...muahaha...
Today, the historical day for my dear P.Yang...She had a presentation with Sara...My dear perform so so so extremely good with her few seconds appearance...Haha...Dear...I'm going to upload a nice video of you on youtube ok...The end of Cost Mgt lecture...Say Goodbye to college...

As usual I'll stick my butt on the chair watching Tv every thurs...Why?? So You Think You Can Dance live performance every thurs on 8tv 9.30pm!! Sytycd Season 2 rocks the stage this year compare to last year...I can't skip any of the live performance and its finally down to the final Top 4 this week...

-Top 4 (Black, Hong, Sim and of course my Cecilia)...These 4 were among my favourite so I am glad to see them in the Grand Finale fighting as the winner and RM50000 cash prize...All the best guys!!...Btw I'm not being racist but they are all chinese contestants in the Final...Last year winner was a malay hip hop guy (Alam)... -

-Black...Known as the very mischievous one in the competition and yet perform consistently every week...He was down to bottom 4 last week due to his tired-ness but he bounce back this week as the best performer! He gave up his studies and chosen dancing as his future and he did the right choice as he is one more step away from being the winner...Good Luck Black! -

-Cecilia aka CC...This 21 years old Help College Bachelor of Communication student captures my attention in the Top 12...She proves that she can also dance well in other genre beside her latin/ballet genre where she was the champion in it...Sizzling CC and hot hot hot were the nickname given by the judge to her...I was so kan cheong on thursday nite when the host announced the result...All my votes to her failed to delivered!! Must complain to 8tv already...My heart drops out when she was announced as the Top 4! Owww...Thank God...Keeping her as long as possible in the competition so that I can see her every week was my dream...Good Luck in the Grand Finale CC!! -

Celebrated Mei Yen 20th Birthday at Gasoline...Met up the gang after their boring Law of Investment class...Haha...Bought Mei Yen a Black Forest cake and a present...Kelly, me and Jo were kinda of kelam kabut "producing sweet" before they reach Gasoline...Wahaha...What an embarrassment!

-It was my 3rd time to Gasoline...Everything was ok actually except they were damn "kiam siap" refuse to give us a plate for cake?? Haha...We were given some napkin and a cocktail stick?? *where you poke to eat fruit*...Btw their remix version of Bday song swt me to the max...-

I'm finally back in action blogging about food!! Sorry la I was sick for the past few days and been eating porridge, porridge and porridge!! *Seriously I'm so so weak previously but you can now see how ACTIVE am I...Jumping and rolling around*...
Anyway, went to Mines Hotel for Hi-Tea...They were having some kind of promotion where it is only Rm23 per person! It is consider cheap compare to the normal price...Anyway, Thanks to Aunt Susan for the treat and ride there...

-Cousins...4 others cousins can't make it hence its down to 4 of us...Do I look like I am the eldest among them? wahaha...-

The food was OK only...Not many choices and not much fried and oily food *my favourite*...Walked around Mines Shopping Centre but it was only a window shopping...Not in the mood to shop despite "SALE SALE" "50% 70%" banners were hanging all around...

To the gang: I'll be planning a buffet lunch in some hotel soon as suggested by Mr.Tan Jack Fong...So please start saving from now onwards for our buffet ok!

Tv do not have virus attack BUT Hp do have virus attack and once it is attacked, your Hp will auto off and KOng!!! Hence, its a smarter choice to choose a TV than HP....Hahahahahaha.....

First of all, I would like to say Thank you Sexy for driving me to the bakery to buy ingredients ( I mean I drive & she shows me the direction) and giving me the instruction to make a perfect Chill Lemon Cheesecake...
"No Sexy No Cheesecake"...Satisfied and happy Sexy?? HAHA...

-My first Chilled Lemon Cheesecake with wedges of oranges as topping...Sorry it might looks ugly but being a beginner forgive me la ok?? hahaha...-


I made the biscuit base the night before all by myself ok! I crush the biscuits with the melted butter and icing sugar and press it onto the mold...My sis suppose to be my assistant but she was sick so I'm down to be alone and force to make the cream cheese all by myself again...

It was not so difficult and complicated after all...Just add everything into the mixing bowl and let the mixer do the rest...However, I must say I was a bit "kelam kabut" though...I don't really know if the mixtures were fluffy enough...Wahaha...

It was done today after few hours chilling inside the fridge! Tried it and I love the biscuit base...However the cream cheese might be a bit too sour...Perhaps I'm too greedy, added too much orange juice...

Anyway, I give myself a 75% because I did it all by myself with no help by anyone and it was my 1st time making a cake!! Close friends of mine will know how "tai siu jie" am I...Muahaha...Someone told me before>>> "Its not about the taste but the passion" and its damn damn true!
