• I have been so slack for the past few days...(mon-thurs)...Sitting in front of my laptop looking at my book...Yawn-ing...Barely to survive...Can't focus at all...Instead...Gossiping people on msn chat...ahaha...
• I found my soul on friday when I put appear offline status...I'll only change to away status around 12am bcoz its time for a break to watch drama! (P/S : I still received appear offline msg on msn...ahaha...I don't know how those people know but I still reply them la...I am so kind right?? )

• I told my myself more than 1000 times not to check and look at friendster horoscope bcoz its freaking damn accurate! My mood will be affected for sure after reading it...I am a 90% horoscope believer lo....

The Forbidden Kingdom @ Cineleisure

No high expectation on this movie actually...But, since there were 2 Hollywood big stars (Jackie Chan and Jet Li) starring in the movie and I really wanted to release stress (after last nite Corp Acctg war).......So went to Cineleisure and catch the earliest show...


My review on this show- Everyone will be thinking that Jackie and Jet will speak mandarin with each other in this movie...But guess what! They only speak 1-2 sentences in mandarin in the whole movie...Then I realised the director of this movie is Rob Minkof obviously a non chinese...ahaha...I would call this movie as an english version of Journey To The West...Its so funny la when the Jade of Emperor, Sun wu kong and the silent monk also speak english...Its a bit ridiculous la wei...ahaha...The story was not really logic too because it was about a guy from Boston is it...Forgotten where he from......He travel all the way back to deliver the stick to release the Monkey of King (Sun Wu kong) from a rock?? Then he fight the evil one...As usual...They won, He return to his own world...Yea...Something like that...Then he learn kungfu from there...But the kungfu actions were great! Especially btw Jet and Jackie...The double J...Overall...Its nice to watch la...More fighting scene than dialog...So it wont be that boring after all as Jackie will joke around like what he did in Police Story...Its worth it to pay Rm11 la (not I pay also)...hahahaha...

Met up Chin Yee to celebrate her birthday which was suppose to be last tuesday...She was too busy with her assignment and mid sem test (curtin) that causes d delay...Planned to meet up at Kim Gary...But then I suggested to change place to Snowy...They actually came to college to distribute flyers...So, we went there to give it a try lo...There's also newly open Gasoline...Swt...Din know abt that...Jovi ffk bcoz he wanna gym wo...

Introduction
This question concerns the issue of whether I can seek remedy under Section 181 against BeeBee

Body
-Can I apply for remedy?
-Yes... Let us assume that I am the minority shareholder while Beebee is the Majority shareholder or the evil Director...
-Hence, under Sect 181 I am allowed to ask for remedy against BeeBee
-Define under what circumstances can I seek remedies
-Under Sect 181, I can apply for remedy under the 4 grounds...
-Its proven I have been "oppressed" and treated "unfair discrimination" and "unfair prejudice" by Beebee
-It also appears that she "abused her power" as the controllers of the company and oppression remedy will be available
-In this case I am the aggrieved person (person who suffer lost) and should be able to seek remedy under Sect 181

Conclusion
-Under Sect 218(1)(f), the court will wind up BeeBee's company (BeeBee Sdn Bhd) where she acted in "her own interest" and this appears to be "unfair" and "unjust" to me as the member of the company

Sushi King @ Sunway Pyramid

I never had the thought of trying sushi...Kelly even called me few times but I jus rejected her...Haha...I can't accept d raw-ness la...I also dislike seaweed...Something happened when I was young, so I anti seaweed...
Anyway, decided to teman our tai siu ji (S.neo) to Sushi King since she craving for it so much...Pick her n Dear at college...Our tai siu jie was late...Nvm, I gossip about her with dear inside car...haha...Reached pyramid and we were inside Sushi King lo! I was too hungry so I jus eat anything I guess....

Finally I am back to blog about foods! Haha...Visited Ying Ker Lou, Dragon-i and Wendy's (the newly open fast food chain in pyramid) but pictures taken failed to satisfy me...So not going to blog about it...
Anyway, followed parents to USJ to order new fridge...They finally made up their mind to buy that energy saving Mitsubishi brand wo...Don't care la...Not I paying also...Haha...I followed just to makan only! Such a filial daughter...Dad craving for Chicken rice so we went Nam Heong lo...Its been so long we din makan there...Donkey years ago? Its now a smaller branch not as big as last time..So sad...Business Competition...

Sony Ericsson Upcoming Phones!!

Its been ages I did not surf Sony Ericsson website...Mainly because I don't wanna get addicted to any phone...But....I failed to control myself...There too many many many nice phone wei!! I think my hobby of buying new phone is back!! I currently very satisfy with my W58oi (shake shake phone)...I'm still loving it...But, I now having difficulty to sms...Something wrong with the keypad...So I just simply surf SE website la since I am SE fans...A few phone's caught my attention>>>>>>>>>

It was 8th April 2008...What so special about this day?? Nothing actually! haha...It was our Corp Acctg assignment due date...I wanted to "campak" the assignment straight to Mun See's face...But, she want us to put inside envelope wo...Ok lo...Went RMIT office and asked for recycle envelope...Manatau, our thick DRB Hicom annual report cannot fit in...Ok lo...Florence went and buy a big big envelop that can fit tat thick thick annual report in...So.....What we waiting for?? I simply plan this gathering bcoz I was craving for PHOP for so long after the last one with Jen and Matt...In addition, some of us wanted to watch L Change The World aka Death Note 3...Hence, we gather lo...After sat law class...Freaking sleepy in this law lecture for the 1st time...This is proven that Law Lecture could not be held early 10am and for continuous 3 hours...Haha...U understand Kingston??

Reach Paddington around 1.30pm...Met up Jacq n Eu wei and waited for a 9 ppl seats...Marianne suddenly pop up just to show her babi face...Didnt even say Hi!

Watched L Change the World...3.45pm...Having a high expectation on this movie after being a fans of Death Note 1 n 2...Overall, I would say its good! Not as kan cheong and puzzle solving as Part 1 n 2...Part 3 was more on L's character...As usual, he doesn't eat anything that is not sweetssss...He typed with one finger...Well...Smart ppl...Extraordinary behavior...ahaha...A bit of laughter on him also being the baby sitter...Oh btw....That Lamyp freaking kacau sitting beside me...Why? Bcoz she is not focusing on the movie? Busy sms? No!! She was afraid of one of the scene in the movie...She then hug me!! yer...You're making other people jealous wei....hahaha....I imagine if you watch Resident Evil or AVP...Hahaha...


The people that was acted in L Change the World...In a press conference...L looks so different...The little thai boy is cute...The FIB is cute as well! haha....Fatt Hou d...
